Civil engineering is the second-oldest engineering discipline after military engineering, and it is defined to distinguish non-military engineering from military engineering. It is traditionally broken into several sub-disciplines including architectural engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, control engineering, structural engineering etc.

Eligibility

  • 3 GCE 'O' Levels passes English and 2 other subjects and or equivalent; OR
  • Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent; OR
  • Matured students:  At least  30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered.

Duration 

  • Full Time: 12  months (weekday)
  • Part Time: 8 months  (evening weekday / weekend)






Class Mode

  • Full Time:  Weekday  - 10.30 am to 1.30 pm OR 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm 
  • Part Time: Weekday -  7.00 pm to 10.00 pm  OR  Weekend -  6.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Employability

Graduates of this Diploma in will be equipped with foundational knowledge which will enable them able to pursue careers within the respective Industries. E.g.  Site Supervisor, Foreman, Assistant Site Supervisor, Junior Foreman
